A warm and confident welcome to Perform Kentish Town at Kentish Town Community Centre! At Perform, we put child development at the heart of everything we do. Come and try a free class and find out.

We started running classes at Kentish Town Community Centre in April 2013 and are currently here every week during term-time on Thursdays.

At Perform Kentish Town, the Producer of the classes is Lucy and the Teacher is Olivia-Faith. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 3rd September to 17th December with no sessions on 29th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

To reach the venue by car, approach via Camden Road (A503) or Kentish Town Road (A400), turn onto Bartholomew Road, and then turn into Busby Place.

Metered pay-by-phone parking spaces can be found along Busby Place and adjacent streets, subject to Camden permit restrictions.

Kentish Town station and Kentish Town West Overground are within a ten-minute walk. Nearby bus routes include the 88, 134, 214, and 393.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Kentish Town Community Centre in Kentish Town are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

Lucy

I have been producing classes at Perform since 2025, after graduating from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Having gone to Perform myself when I was younger, I absolutely love the work we do and it is wonderful to see the children thrive in our classes. Outside of Perform, I love going to the theatre to watch new shows!

TEACHER

Olivia-Faith

I'm a teacher at Perform! I love helping the children grow their confidence through singing, acting and dance. When I'm not teaching the children, I am performing in shows across the UK, internationally and in the West End. My favourite Perform game to play with the children is BANANA.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
