Welcome to Perform Storrington at Storrington Village Hall - dedicated to building confidence, concentration, communication and coordination using performing arts.

We started running classes at Storrington Village Hall in January 2024 and are currently here every week during term-time on Tuesdays.

At Perform Storrington, the Producer of the classes is Miranda and the Teacher is Amber. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Sam.

The current term runs from 1st September to 15th December with no sessions on 27th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

Driving via High Street (A283) or Washington Road (A283), continue onto West Street toward the village centre. The hall is located on the right.

No dedicated on-site parking is provided. There may be some free on-street parking for 1 hour. Pay-and-display spaces are available at nearby public car parks off North Street and Mill Lane.

Pulborough railway station is a short drive or bus ride away. Local bus services stop nearby along West Street and High Street within easy walking distance.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Storrington Village Hall in Storrington are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Miranda

I've been teaching with Perform since 2009, and it has been a privilege to watch so many children grow in confidence, creativity and imagination over the years. I'm also an actress and writer, so I love bringing my industry experience into the classroom. Outside of Perform, I have two wonderful children and a very supportive partner, and family time is where I'm happiest.

TEACHER

Amber

I have been working with Perform for just over a year. Teaching and producing with Perform is the highlight of my week, I love sharing the magic of theatre with my classes, while also having the pleasure of watching the children's love for theatre grow! My favourite part of the term is definitely show week, when I get to see everyone in their beautiful costumes, getting their chance to shine.

AREA PARTNER

Sam

I have been with Perform since the beginning (almost)! I am an Area Partner and Producer, and love to be able to combine my passion of the performing arts and working with children. Watching their confidence and self esteem grow is the most rewarding thing, and seeing how proud parents are gives me a boost every day. At home I live with two fluffy dogs and love taking my god daughters to the theatre.
