Luke Charleson - Perform Bounds Green parent

A warm welcome to Perform Bounds Green at Rhodes Avenue Primary School. We offer weekly drama, dance and singing classes for children aged 4-12 using unique songs, dances, games and exercises designed to boost child development.

We started running classes at Rhodes Avenue Primary School in January 2018 and are currently here every week during term-time on Saturdays.

At Perform Bounds Green, the Producer of the classes is Megan and the Teacher is Scott. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Sophie.

The current term runs from 5th September to 12th December.

How to get here and parking:

When driving from the North Circular Road (A406), take Colney Hatch Lane (B119) south toward Muswell Hill, turn left onto Alexandra Park Road, then turn right onto Rhodes Avenue.

There is no visitor parking on-site. On-street parking is available along Rhodes Avenue, subject to local controlled parking zone restrictions.

Bounds Green Underground station is a short walk away. Local bus routes stop along Alexandra Park Road, just a few minutes from the school.

I've been working with Perform since 2024. I love seeing how our classes nurture children, build their self confidence, and help them develop skills that will stay with them for life. I have a Certificate of Higher Education in Theatre Arts from East 15 Acting School and a BA in Acting from Rose Bruford College. I love both screen-acting and theatre, especially Shakespeare!

AREA PARTNER

Sophie

I'm a Perform Teacher, Producer and Area Partner. I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and alongside working for Perform have appeared in many television programmes for the BBC and Channel 4. Recently, I've been in several of the Perform shows in the West End! What I love about teaching for Perform is seeing how much children change during their time with us. It is a joy to see children having so much fun as they are learning!
