Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at The Crossway Centre in Twickenham are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Brittany

I've been teaching classes with Perform since 2024. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. Every term during show week, I'm amazed by how much their confidence has grown. Outside of Perform, I love exercising, travelling and going to the theatre.

PRODUCER

Matthew

I have been teaching with Perform since 2013. As well as teaching I am an actor and a classical violist - I play with many orchestras around London. My favourite thing about teaching is seeing children growing and developing in class, and it is always an absolute joy on show day to see them really shine!

TEACHER

Brittany

I've been teaching classes with Perform since 2024. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. Every term during show week, I'm amazed by how much their confidence has grown. Outside of Perform, I love exercising, travelling and going to the theatre.

TEACHER

Katherine

I started working at Perform in 2016, and I love bringing our the best in my students through fun and laughter. I am a working actor, and have worked for Disneyland Paris and Beaches Resorts as well as regularly performing in the pantomime at the Royal Vauxhall Tavern. It is such a joy to use my skills to build the confidence of my students, and make sure that they feel safe to be their authentic selves!

AREA PARTNER

Jade

I trained in Musical Theatre at Midlands Academy Of Dance and Drama I started teaching at Perform back in 2006, and I still absolutely love it today! It's so rewarding to see every child flourish and grow in confidence term by term. I am also a Perform Area Partner, so every day brings a different job! Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me at a football pitch or scooter park watching my children play. I also enjoy reformer Pilates and trips to the theatre.

AREA PARTNER

Oliver

Hi, I'm Oli! I've been with Perform since 2012 and work as an Area Partner, as well as running my own classes. Outside of Perform, I produce theatre shows and work in artist and live event management. Children have an incredible ability to find joy in the world around them, and that's one of the things I love most about my job. As an Area Partner, it's a privilege to support and develop our Teachers, helping even more children celebrate their individuality and discover what they're capable of.

Matthew is absolutely brilliant. Jasmine was initially hesitant to go into class and he really helped encourage her. She is now very comfortable, it’s the perfect class for her. I can certainly see how Perform will enhance Jasmine’s confidence.

Megan is fantastic, my daughter has been really beaten down by bullies and so wanted to learn to sing and dance, and in just a few weeks I have a changed little girl. She counts down the days until Perform, it's her favourite hour of the week.
