Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at St Thomas' Church in Streatham are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Joanna

I have been producing classes at Perform since 2023. It's such a pleasure to watch children's confidence blossom and I am always so impressed with the progress of each and every child in our classes. Outside of Perform, you will often find me running to raise money for Diabetes UK - I am Type One and I love raising awareness!

TEACHER

Ashley

My name is Ashley (Ash to my Perform kids!) and I'm lucky enough to have been teaching with Perform since 2010! I've worked in theatre productions up and down the country, from West End to National Tours, even a stint at sea, but I'm so grateful to be able to return to teaching the amazing children we have at Perform! Seeing even the smallest jump in confidence from a normally reserved or a less confident child is the reason I'm still here all these years later!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
