Sticky Toffee is a fun listening and reaction game where children have to focus carefully on specific words and wait for the correct cue.

By listening closely and resisting the urge to move too soon, they practice concentration, self-control and quick reactions.

Principal's notes

Children often become wonderfully focused during this activity because they are trying hard not to be tricked. Encourage careful listening rather than over-excited reactions. The game is excellent for helping children practice patience and concentration in a playful way.
