Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Victoria Park Baptist Church in Victoria Park are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Caitlin

I've been with Perform since 2016. I love seeing the developments in each and every child I have the pleasure of seeing each week and focussing on their individual journeys. Alongside producing and teaching weekly workshops, I have the pleasure of working on Perform's West End shows as well!

PRODUCER

Michelina

I've been teaching at Perform for the last 3 years. I never know who has more fun at class, the children or me! It's such a gift to pass my love of music, theatre, and dance on to the next generation. I graduated from East 15 Acting School, and am originally from the US. I perform professionally, and have even had the privilege of appearing in a few of Perform's West End shows. I love staying active by running, taking dance classes, and going on walks with my puppy!

TEACHER

Gabrielle

I've been teaching with Perform since 2026. I love working with children and seeing their self-belief and individuality grow week to week. Watching the children's confidence flourish is amazing to see. Outside of Perform, I enjoy going to the theatre to watch plays and musicals - my favourite musical is The Lion King!

TEACHER

Marisol

I'm a Perform Wanstead alumna and former funky fairy - I still remember all the lyrics from when I was a child in the 4-7s class! It's such a joy to be part of children's development through play and performance, especially seeing them shine on Show Week. Outside of Perform, I'm a salsa-dancing, portrait-painting foodie who loves going on random adventures!

AREA PARTNER

Oliver

Hi, I'm Oli! I've been with Perform since 2012 and work as an Area Partner, as well as running my own classes. Outside of Perform, I produce theatre shows and work in artist and live event management. Children have an incredible ability to find joy in the world around them, and that's one of the things I love most about my job. As an Area Partner, it's a privilege to support and develop our Teachers, helping even more children celebrate their individuality and discover what they're capable of.

Lily's confidence has improved so much since joining, her love of dance is very clear to see and has really been encouraged. You can see how much she enjoys expressing herself with movement which she has never done before.
