Hello! Welcome to Perform Stanmore at Bernays Memorial Hall!

At Perform, we focus on the 4 Cs - confidence, concentration, coordination and communication and every one of our activities is designed to boost these essential life skills.

We started running classes at Bernays Memorial Hall in April 2013 and are currently here every week during term-time on Fridays.

At Perform Stanmore, the Producer of the classes is Emma and the Teacher is Imogen. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Hannah.

The current term runs from 4th September to 18th December with no sessions on 30th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

Drive via London Road or Church Road directly onto The Broadway in Stanmore. If coming via the Edgware Road (A5), turn onto London Road to head straight toward the high street.

Pay-and-display parking is available along nearby roads. There is a short-stay supermarket car park adjacent to the venue or Stanmore Station Car Park.

Stanmore Underground Station on the Jubilee line is a ten-minute walk away. Local bus routes 142, 340, and H12 stop right along The Broadway near the hall.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Bernays Memorial Hall in Stanmore are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

My name is Emma and I've been running Perform classes since 2020. I love watching children build their confidence through drama, singing and dancing, just as I did at their age! One of my greatest achievements at Perform was watching a child go from being scared to enter the room to taking on the main role in our show.

AREA PARTNER

Hannah

I've been part of the Perform family since 2015 and work as an Area Partner and Producer. I also oversee our LAMDA classes and deliver SEN training. My favourite part of the job is making children laugh and creating a safe space where they can thrive. Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me reading, walking my dogs or learning something new. I'm particularly interested in Psychology and History!
