Hello from Perform Waterloo at Waterloo Action Centre. Here at Perform, we embrace the uniqueness of every child, offering a distinctive blend of drama, dance and singing to unlock their true potential.

We started running classes at Waterloo Action Centre in September 2023 and are currently here every week during term-time on Mondays.

At Perform Waterloo, the Producer of the classes is Kristin and the Teacher is Natasha. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 7th September to 14th December with no sessions on 26th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

If driving from Westminster Bridge Road (A302) or Waterloo Road (A301), turn onto Baylis Road, where the venue is located near Lower Marsh.

Pay-and-display street parking and nearby car parks are available. Waterloo station is a short walk away. Bus routes 1, 59, 68, 171, 172, and 188 stop nearby.

Once at the venue, enter via gate on left side of building and walk through small garden. Go through the last door on your right and the hall is the first door you come to.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Waterloo Action Centre in Waterloo are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Kristin

I joined Perform's team in 2021. I love using my experience as a theatre-maker to help create a space where every student feels empowered to explore their imagination. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing a child grow in confidence and find their unique voice in class. When I'm not teaching, you can usually find me travelling or watching the latest theatre shows!

TEACHER

Natasha

I'm a graduate of Laine Theatre Arts and have been teaching since 2016. I love working with the children at Perform as their creativity and imagination is inspiring and I love helping them develop their skills towards a performance. I am a Musical Theatre nerd, half Danish and I love animals!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
