Hello and welcome to Perform Ascot at North Ascot Community Centre - a new kind of drama school that has child development at its very heart. At Perform, we use drama, dance and singing to build children's social skills and help them grow in confidence so they can fulfil their potential.

We started running classes at North Ascot Community Centre in September 2023 and are currently here every week during term-time on Saturdays.

At Perform Ascot, the Producer of the classes is Philippa and the Teacher is Natasha. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 5th September to 12th December.

How to get here and parking:

Drive along Windsor Road (A332) or London Road (A329) toward Ascot, then turn onto Fernbank Road, where the community centre is located. One at the venue car park, walk to the door at the other side of the hall.

Free parking is available in the dedicated surface car park directly at the front of the venue, including accessible spaces.

Ascot railway station is a short drive or bus journey away. Local bus services stop along Fernbank Road within a short walk of the entrance.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at North Ascot Community Centre in Ascot are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Philippa

I've been working as a Producer with Perform for the past two years. I trained at The London School of Musical Theatre, and I love using everything I've learned through my training and as an actor to inspire the children I teach. Just as my own teachers encouraged and supported me when I was younger, I hope to do the same for every child in my classes. My favourite part of the job is watching their confidence grow and seeing them achieve things they never thought possible!

TEACHER

Natasha

I have been a Teacher at Perform since 2024. I love watching children grow in confidence and love using my skills as an actor to help them show of how amazing they are. I love Shakespeare so my favourite theme has got to be The Dream - which is Perform's unique version on A Midsummer Nights Dream.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I've been producing classes with Perform since 2011. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. It is magical to see how much the children grow in confidence through laughter and play at Perform. Outside of Perform I am a Mum of two beautiful children and I love heading to the beach with them for a relaxing day of sun, sea and sand!
