A warm and confident welcome to Perform Kidbrooke at St James Rectory! At Perform, we put child development at the heart of everything we do. Come and try a free class and find out.

We started running classes at St James Rectory in September 2022 and are currently here every week during term-time on Fridays.

At Perform Kidbrooke, the Producer of the classes is Drou and the Teacher is Megan. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Sophie.

The current term runs from 4th September to 18th December with no sessions on 30th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

Drive from the A2 or Shooters Hill Road onto Kidbrooke Park Road (A2213) towards Eltham Road (A20). The venue is situated along Kidbrooke Park Road.

There is parking at the venue, as well as on-street parking on surrounding residential roads (subject to local council restrictions).

Kidbrooke railway station is a short walk away. Local bus routes, including the 178 and 335, stop directly along Kidbrooke Park Road.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at St James Rectory in Kidbrooke are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Drou

I trained at The Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, graduating with a first class Masters in Music Theatre and I've been a Producer at Perform since 2018. I love being able to use my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children, it's so rewarding seeing them grow in confidence and shine in their own way! Outside of Perform, I love traveling, cooking and going on big walks with my chocolate Labrador, Koda!

TEACHER

Megan

I have been teaching with Perform since 2026. The enthusiasm and hard work in all my classes really inspires me to help the children reach their full potential. I have always loved musical theatre, both performing and watching it and my all-time favourite musical is Waitress!

AREA PARTNER

Sophie

I'm a Perform Teacher, Producer and Area Partner. I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and alongside working for Perform have appeared in many television programmes for the BBC and Channel 4. Recently, I've been in several of the Perform shows in the West End! What I love about teaching for Perform is seeing how much children change during their time with us. It is a joy to see children having so much fun as they are learning!
