Welcome to Perform Henleaze at Henleaze Infant School - dedicated to building confidence, concentration, communication and coordination using performing arts.

We started running classes at Henleaze Infant School in May 2015 and are currently here every week during term-time on Saturdays.

At Perform Henleaze, the Producer of the classes is Charlotte and the Teacher is Missy. The session is looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 5th September to 12th December.

How to get here and parking:

To reach the school by car, travel north from central Bristol along Falcondale Road (A4018) or Henleaze Road, then turn onto Park Grove.

The school's staff carpark is available during weekends, plus there is street parking along Park Grove and surrounding roads. Please remain mindful of local residents.

Local bus services, including route 2, run along nearby Henleaze Road. Redland train station is the nearest railway link, a short drive or bus ride away.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Henleaze Infant School in Henleaze are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Charlotte

I've been producing Perform classes since 2015, not long after graduating Bath Spa University with a degree in Musical Theatre. I love seeing how drama helps children grow in confidence and it's such a joy to see them thrive. Out side of Perform, I love to spend time with my family and watch musicals.

TEACHER

Missy

My name is Missy and I have been teaching with perform since the end of 2024. I love using my acting training to inspire the children and help them grow into their most confident selves! I absolutely love teaching the children and watching their confidence and abilities grow each week at perform.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I've been producing classes with Perform since 2011. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. It is magical to see how much the children grow in confidence through laughter and play at Perform. Outside of Perform I am a Mum of two beautiful children and I love heading to the beach with them for a relaxing day of sun, sea and sand!
