Hi and welcome to Perform Hartley Wintney at Victoria Halls. At Perform, we're proud of our unique curriculum that harnesses the power of the performing arts to boost children's confidence and social skills.

We started running classes at Victoria Halls in January 2022 and are currently here every week during term-time on Fridays.

At Perform Hartley Wintney, the Producer of the classes is Lucy and the Teacher is Dan. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 4th September to 18th December with no sessions on 30th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

When driving from Hartley Wintney High Street (A30), turn onto West Green Road near the village green. Victoria Halls is situated a short distance along on the right-hand side.

Free parking is available on site directly outside the halls, with additional parking available on nearby streets.

Local bus services, such as route 7, stop along the High Street nearby. Winchfield train station is roughly a 30-minute walk or short taxi ride away.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Victoria Halls in Hartley Wintney are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Lucy

I've been teaching with Perform since 2023. My first Perform themes were Circus and Outlaws! I love using my experience as an actor to teach children, and help them bring all sorts of different characters to life. Outside of Perform, I love to watch Disney films - my current favourite is Toy Story 5!

TEACHER

Dan

I graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2022 with an MA in Musical Theatre and have some years of performing in the industry. My favourite part of Perform is the games we get to play with the kids as they bring such creativity and catch me off guard sometimes. I thoroughly enjoy the theme of Mermaids & Pirates and look forward to learning more themes in the future!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I've been producing classes with Perform since 2011. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. It is magical to see how much the children grow in confidence through laughter and play at Perform. Outside of Perform I am a Mum of two beautiful children and I love heading to the beach with them for a relaxing day of sun, sea and sand!
