A warm welcome to Perform Chandlers Ford at Chandlers Ford Methodist Church. We offer weekly drama, dance and singing classes for children aged 4-12 using unique songs, dances, games and exercises designed to boost child development.

We started running classes at Chandlers Ford Methodist Church in September 2021 and are currently here every week during term-time on Mondays.

At Perform Chandlers Ford, the Producer of the classes is Jack and the Teacher is Molly. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Sam.

The current term runs from 7th September to 14th December with no sessions on 26th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

The church is located on Winchester Road (B3057) near the town centre. Drivers can access the area via Winchester Road (A33) from Southampton or Winchester, turning toward Chandlers Ford.

Free parking is available in a dedicated car park located directly behind the church premises.

Chandlers Ford railway station is a ten-minute walk away. Regular local bus services between Southampton and Winchester stop directly outside the church.

Jack

My name is Jack and I've been with Perform since 2020. I graduated from drama school in 2018 and I love passing on my knowledge of acting and theatre to children. I think there's no better way to build confidence than by performing and it brings me such joy seeing children find that confidence within themselves. Outside of teaching, I love to perform myself, both professionally and within the local community and I love going to theme parks.

AREA PARTNER

Sam

I have been with Perform since the beginning (almost)! I am an Area Partner and Producer, and love to be able to combine my passion of the performing arts and working with children. Watching their confidence and self esteem grow is the most rewarding thing, and seeing how proud parents are gives me a boost every day. At home I live with two fluffy dogs and love taking my god daughters to the theatre.
