Welcome to Perform Ringwood - where our weekly workshops are not just about having fun. They're also about fostering vital life skills that will stay with your child forever.

We started running classes at Greyfriars Community Centre in January 2026 and are currently here every week during term-time on Tuesdays.

At Perform Ringwood, the Producer of the classes is Emily and the Teacher is Ella. The schools are looked after by our Area Partner, Sam.

The current term runs from 1st September to 15th December with no sessions on 27th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

To reach the venue by car, head into Ringwood via Southampton Road or Mansfield Road, then turn onto Christchurch Road. The carpark entrance is off a small roundabout.

There is free parking at the rear of the building, or can use the library carpark.

Ringwood Meeting House Lane bus station is a short walk away, serving regular bus routes including the X3, X6, and 38.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Greyfriars Community Centre in Ringwood are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. Emily

My name is Emily and I'm an actress, singer and dancer. Having trained in Musical Theatre and worked professionally across stage, screen and live events, I love sharing my experience and passion for performance with young people. Teaching is something I really enjoy, especially seeing students grow in confidence and discover what they're capable of. I always aim to make my classes fun, encouraging and a space where everyone feels confident to be creative.

AREA PARTNER

Sam

I have been with Perform since the beginning (almost)! I am an Area Partner and Producer, and love to be able to combine my passion of the performing arts and working with children. Watching their confidence and self esteem grow is the most rewarding thing, and seeing how proud parents are gives me a boost every day. At home I live with two fluffy dogs and love taking my god daughters to the theatre.
