Welcome to Perform Pinner at Pinner Methodist Church. Here in Pinner, we offer drama, dance and singing sessions with a unique focus on fun and child development. Come and try a free class so you can see the benefits for yourself.

We started running classes at Pinner Methodist Church in January 2011 and are currently here every week during term-time on Mondays and Saturdays.

At Perform Pinner, the Producers of the classes are Lucy and the Teachers are Genevieve and Rebecca. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partners, Gemma and Sophie.

The current term runs from 5th September to 14th December with no sessions on 26th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

The church sits at the junction of Avenue Road and Love Lane.

Look for the free street parking, otherwise, pay-and-display spaces can be found directly along Love Lane or at the nearby Love Lane multi-storey car park.

Pinner Underground station on the Metropolitan line is a two-minute walk away. Local bus routes, including the 183, H11, H12, and H13, stop right outside along Love Lane.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Pinner Methodist Church in Pinner are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. I have been producing classes at Perform since 2025, after graduating from Royal Birmingham Conservatoire. Having gone to Perform myself when I was younger, I absolutely love the work we do and it is wonderful to see the children thrive in our classes. Outside of Perform, I love going to the theatre to watch new shows!

I joined the Perform team in 2022. I absolutely love teaching and inspiring the children at my classes every week. It is a joy to watch them build confidence, make new friends and let their imaginations run free. Outside of Perform, I love watching musicals in the west end, one of my favourites is Frozen!

TEACHER

Genevieve

I've been teaching with Perform since 2025, after graduating from the London College of Music. I take great pride in improving the children's confidence and concentration through exciting games and focus-driven exercises, as well as inspiring their creativity throughout our classes. Outside of Perform, I thoroughly enjoy watching theatre shows; from West End musicals to local plays, my favourite has to be Oliver!

I started working for Perform in the Summer of 2024. Getting to laugh, dance, and sing with the children every week is such a joy, beaten only by watching their confidence grow! When I'm not teaching, you'll find me either with a good book or engrossed in a game of sports!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!

Sophie

I'm a Perform Teacher, Producer and Area Partner. I trained at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and alongside working for Perform have appeared in many television programmes for the BBC and Channel 4. Recently, I've been in several of the Perform shows in the West End! What I love about teaching for Perform is seeing how much children change during their time with us. It is a joy to see children having so much fun as they are learning!
