Hello from Perform Broxbourne at Broxbourne Sports Club. Here at Perform, we embrace the uniqueness of every child, offering a distinctive blend of drama, dance and singing to unlock their true potential.

We started running classes at Broxbourne Sports Club in September 2017 and are currently here every week during term-time on Thursdays.

At Perform Broxbourne, the Producer of the classes is Rachel and the Teacher is Emily. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 3rd September to 17th December with no sessions on 29th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

To reach the venue by car, travel via High Road (A1170) through Broxbourne, turn onto Mill Lane, and then take Mill Lane Close to the sports club entrance.

Free parking is available on site in the dedicated club car park, which offers ample spaces for members and visitors.

Broxbourne railway station is less than a ten-minute walk away. Local bus routes also run along nearby High Road, providing regular local connections.

I joined Perform in 2010 and continue to be so proud of seeing how children's confidence develops through our weekly workshops, it brings me so much joy! I trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in Musical Theatre and have appeared in pantomimes, tours and in the West End.

TEACHER

Emily

Teaching at Perform is the highlight of my week. I joined the Perform team in 2023 after completing my Masters at Performers College. Alongside performing professionally, I've discovered a real passion for inspiring young people through drama. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing children grow in confidence, develop new skills, and achieve things they never thought possible. Creating a fun, supportive environment where every child feels encouraged to shine is what I love most about teaching.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
