At Perform Stockbridge at Stockbridge Town Hall, our focus is not about teaching rigorous techniques, memorisation and repetition to produce a 'perfect performance'. Instead, we use drama-based games, exercises, songs and dances in an imaginative and fun way to help boost child development.

We are due to start running classes at Stockbridge Town Hall on the 22nd September and will be here on Tuesdays during term-time.

At Perform Stockbridge, the Producer of the classes will be Philippa and the Teacher will be Tom. The sessions wil be looked after by our Area Partner, Sam.

How to get here and parking:

Drive via London Road (A30) or Romsey Road (A3057) into Stockbridge town centre. The town hall is prominently situated along the main High Street.

Free on-street parking is available along the High Street outside the venue, with further parking in nearby side streets.

Andover and Winchester railway stations are a short drive or bus journey away. Local bus services stop directly along the High Street near the hall.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Stockbridge Town Hall in Stockbridge are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Philippa

I've been working as a Producer with Perform for the past two years. I trained at The London School of Musical Theatre, and I love using everything I've learned through my training and as an actor to inspire the children I teach. Just as my own teachers encouraged and supported me when I was younger, I hope to do the same for every child in my classes. My favourite part of the job is watching their confidence grow and seeing them achieve things they never thought possible!

TEACHER

Tom

I love teaching at Perform; it's fantastic to see how amazing your little ones are. I'm a professional actor and have done many different roles, from immersive theatre, touring classical theatre (open air and indoor venues) to larger than life pantomimes. I'll use my energy and eclectic skill set to help your child's confidence grow!

AREA PARTNER

Sam

I have been with Perform since the beginning (almost)! I am an Area Partner and Producer, and love to be able to combine my passion of the performing arts and working with children. Watching their confidence and self esteem grow is the most rewarding thing, and seeing how proud parents are gives me a boost every day. At home I live with two fluffy dogs and love taking my god daughters to the theatre.
