Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Highfield Church Centre in Southampton are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

TEACHER

Helin

I graduated from Laine Theatre Arts. Apart from performing, I really enjoy teaching, especially at Perform because it gives me a huge range of opportunities to share my big energy with my students. It's always very rewarding to see their progress every week and observe how much they grow up every term.

AREA PARTNER

Sam

I have been with Perform since the beginning (almost)! I am an Area Partner and Producer, and love to be able to combine my passion of the performing arts and working with children. Watching their confidence and self esteem grow is the most rewarding thing, and seeing how proud parents are gives me a boost every day. At home I live with two fluffy dogs and love taking my god daughters to the theatre.

Staff are fantastic. They are always friendly and very welcoming. My child goes in happy and always comes out and tells me how much fun she has had. Her confidence is improving and she is making friends.

Love it and wish we had joined earlier. Sam is amazing our son would rather go to Perform full time than go to school. We love that the plays are not based on particular celebrations/cultures which enables diverse varied children to take part.
