Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Ruislip Methodist Church in Ruislip are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Jade

I am one of the Producers and Teachers here at Perform. I've been working in the theatre industry since 2019 and absolutely love using my experiences and training to teach and inspire children. It is such a joy to come to class every week and watch the children grow their confidence.

PRODUCER

Lauryn

I've been teaching and producing classes with Perform since 2024. I have a degree in Acting for Contemporary and Devised Performance and experience performing in professional productions. I also love to see as much theatre as I can! I adore bringing my passion for theatre into our sessions. Watching children grow in confidence, creativity and imagination each term, is the most rewarding experience!

TEACHER

Maya

I'm Maya and I go by They/Them pronouns. Since joining Perform, I've seen over and over again the positive impact Perform classes have, and it is a pleasure to be a part of that. I am a multidisciplinary performer and creative alongside being a teacher - from musical theatre and immersive theatre to music videos and festival stages! "Children learn as they play; most importantly, in play, children learn how to learn" - Fred Donaldson

TEACHER

Rebecca

I started working for Perform in the Summer of 2024. Getting to laugh, dance, and sing with the children every week is such a joy, beaten only by watching their confidence grow! When I'm not teaching, you'll find me either with a good book or engrossed in a game of sports!

AREA PARTNER

Hannah

I've been part of the Perform family since 2015 and work as an Area Partner and Producer. I also oversee our LAMDA classes and deliver SEN training. My favourite part of the job is making children laugh and creating a safe space where they can thrive. Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me reading, walking my dogs or learning something new. I'm particularly interested in Psychology and History!
