Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at The Grange in Radcliffe On Trent are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Eleanor

I joined Perform in 2023 after graduating from Leeds Conservatoire. Since then, I've developed a real passion for teaching and helping children grow in confidence while having fun. I love bringing our fantastic shows to life through fabulous songs, exciting dances, and plenty of creativity; making every class a place where children can shine.

TEACHER

Jess

I have been producing with Perform since 2025. I joined the teaching team after working onboard cruise ships as a dancer and a singer and I love sharing my experience with the children. My favourite thing about Perform is watching the children blossom from week to week!

AREA PARTNER

Jade

I trained in Musical Theatre at Midlands Academy Of Dance and Drama I started teaching at Perform back in 2006, and I still absolutely love it today! It's so rewarding to see every child flourish and grow in confidence term by term. I am also a Perform Area Partner, so every day brings a different job! Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me at a football pitch or scooter park watching my children play. I also enjoy reformer Pilates and trips to the theatre.

The passion and enthusiasm that Mylo and Will bring to class are contagious, and my daughter always feels energetic after each lesson. A big thank you!

Based on how my daughter is when she knows it's Saturday morning, and how happy she is coming out, I can't commend you enough. The format is perfect and I've seen such a growth in her confidence. She already loved singing but sings even more now!
