Hello and welcome to Perform Sevenoaks at The Parish Church of St Luke - a new kind of drama school that has child development at its very heart. At Perform, we use drama, dance and singing to build children's social skills and help them grow in confidence so they can fulfil their potential.

We started running classes at The Parish Church of St Luke in September 2003 and are currently here every week during term-time on Saturdays.

At Perform Sevenoaks, the Producer of the classes is Karen and the Teacher is Peter. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Jade.

The current term runs from 5th September to 12th December.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at The Parish Church of St Luke in Sevenoaks are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER
Karen - Producer
Karen
Hello, I'm Karen, and I've been with Perform since 2005. Saturdays are the highlight of my week because I love seeing the difference drama can make in a child's life. Watching children grow in confidence, make new friends, and discover their creativity is incredibly rewarding. After more than 20 years, I still feel as passionate about what I do as when I first started.
TEACHER
Peter - Teacher
Peter
I've been teaching with Perform since the beginning of 2025. It's a pleasure getting to use my experience working as a director to inspire and engage all the wonderful kids at Perform through the magic of theatre. When I'm not teaching, I'm making theatre for audiences of all ages, or enjoying a trip to the West End or playing a board game with friends.
AREA PARTNER
Jade - Area Partner
Jade
I trained in Musical Theatre at Midlands Academy Of Dance and Drama I started teaching at Perform back in 2006, and I still absolutely love it today! It's so rewarding to see every child flourish and grow in confidence term by term. I am also a Perform Area Partner, so every day brings a different job! Outside of Perform, you'll usually find me at a football pitch or scooter park watching my children play. I also enjoy reformer Pilates and trips to the theatre.
AREA PARTNER
Oliver - Area Partner
Oliver
Hi, I'm Oli! I've been with Perform since 2012 and work as an Area Partner, as well as running my own classes. Outside of Perform, I produce theatre shows and work in artist and live event management. Children have an incredible ability to find joy in the world around them, and that's one of the things I love most about my job. As an Area Partner, it's a privilege to support and develop our Teachers, helping even more children celebrate their individuality and discover what they're capable of.
