Hello from Perform Pontoon Dock at Royal Wharf Community Dock. Here at Perform, we embrace the uniqueness of every child, offering a distinctive blend of drama, dance and singing to unlock their true potential.

We started running classes at Royal Wharf Community Dock in April 2026 and are currently here every week during term-time on Tuesdays.

At Perform Pontoon Dock, the Producer of the classes is Rebecca and the Teacher is Maisie. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Oliver.

The current term runs from 1st September to 15th December with no sessions on 27th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

When travelling by car from Silvertown Way (A1020), follow North Woolwich Road (A1020). Turn onto Royal Crest Avenue into the Royal Wharf estate, then turn right into John Harrison Square.

Pay-and-display on-street parking is available within the estate. Additional public car parking is located nearby.

Pontoon Dock and West Silvertown DLR stations are a short walk away. Royal Wharf Pier provides regular river bus services.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Royal Wharf Community Dock in Pontoon Dock are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. Rebecca

I joined Perform's teaching team in 2025 after graduating as an actor musician from Rose Bruford College. I love using my experience as an actor and musician to inspire young people and enjoy seeing how much their confidence grows over a term. Outside of Perform you'll find me making music and playing my guitar.

TEACHER

Maisie

I started teaching with Perform in 2026. It is a joy to see and work with children at Perform on developing strong communication skills, self belief and confidence in such a fun and supportive environment. Outside of Perform I'm a singer, so it is wonderful to be able to share my stage experience with the children on a weekly basis. My vocal idol is Adele!

AREA PARTNER

Oliver

Hi, I'm Oli! I've been with Perform since 2012 and work as an Area Partner, as well as running my own classes. Outside of Perform, I produce theatre shows and work in artist and live event management. Children have an incredible ability to find joy in the world around them, and that's one of the things I love most about my job. As an Area Partner, it's a privilege to support and develop our Teachers, helping even more children celebrate their individuality and discover what they're capable of.
