Welcome to Perform Camberley at St Mary's Church Centre. Here in Camberley, we offer drama, dance and singing sessions with a unique focus on fun and child development. Come and try a free class so you can see the benefits for yourself.

We started running classes at St Mary's Church Centre in September 2024 and are currently here every week during term-time on Mondays.

At Perform Camberley, the Producer of the classes is Philippa and the Teacher is Naomi. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 7th September to 14th December with no sessions on 26th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

Drive via London Road (A30) or Portsmouth Road (A325) towards Camberley town centre, turning onto Park Road. St Mary's Church Centre is located along Park Road.

An on-site car park is available for visitors. Additional on-street parking can also be found on Park Road and surrounding local streets.

Camberley railway station is within a 15-minute walk. Local bus routes stop nearby along London Road and Park Road.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at St Mary's Church Centre in Camberley are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Philippa

I've been working as a Producer with Perform for the past two years. I trained at The London School of Musical Theatre, and I love using everything I've learned through my training and as an actor to inspire the children I teach. Just as my own teachers encouraged and supported me when I was younger, I hope to do the same for every child in my classes. My favourite part of the job is watching their confidence grow and seeing them achieve things they never thought possible!

TEACHER

Naomi

I started working with Perform in 2021. I love using my experience as a performer to inspire children to be creative and to build their confidence. It is so rewarding to see how much they grow in this way throughout the term. Outside of Perform, I love going on long walks and spending time with my family.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I've been producing classes with Perform since 2011. I love using my experience as an actor to inspire and teach children. It is magical to see how much the children grow in confidence through laughter and play at Perform. Outside of Perform I am a Mum of two beautiful children and I love heading to the beach with them for a relaxing day of sun, sea and sand!
