Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at St John's Church in Brockley are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Jenny

I've been teaching at Perform since 2020. I love using my silliness, as well as my knowledge and experience as an actor and puppeteer, to inspire and teach, unlocking talents and working on key skills in development. I can't wait to see you in class!

TEACHER

Anastasia

I am a Teacher at Perform having graduated from Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. Working at Perform is such a fun and rewarding experience! Inspiring the next generation and encouraging their confidence is what I enjoy the most. Seeing them flourish into their truest selves is the best feeling. My favourite Perform theme is Jack and the Wonderbeans!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!

I have been incredibly impressed with Lucy from the very first phone call after we booked the trial session. I think she's genuinely amazing. Watching how she and Samantha handle and engage the class is brilliant.

Hippolyte is always cheerful when I pick him up after the sessions. Yesterday, he was singing and exploring his voice in a new way - this was great to hear.
