Jeni Cutting - Perform Berkhamsted parent

A warm welcome to Perform Berkhamsted at All Saints' Church Hall. We offer weekly drama, dance and singing classes for children aged 4-12 using unique songs, dances, games and exercises designed to boost child development.

We started running classes at All Saints' Church Hall in September 2002 and are currently here every week during term-time on Wednesdays.

At Perform Berkhamsted, the Producer of the classes is Claire and the Teacher is Jade. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 2nd September to 16th December with no sessions on 28th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

From Berkhamsted High Street, turn onto Station Road, cross the canal, then take a right onto St John's Road before turning left onto Shrublands Road. The hall sits on your right.

No on-site parking is available, but limited pay-and-display on-street parking and nearby town centre car parks are a short walk away.

Berkhamsted railway station is less than a ten-minute walk. Regular bus services along the High Street provide additional local connections.

Creative Team

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at All Saints' Church Hall in Berkhamsted are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. As a result, you can be confident that your child is in the best of hands. Here are the details of the Creative Team at this venue:

PRODUCER

Claire

I joined the Perform team in 2010 after graduating from Laine Theatre Arts. After spending a few years performing professionally, I realised my true passion was teaching. I've dedicated most of my career to helping children build confidence, creativity and life skills through the performing arts. I love seeing them grow and flourish each week. Being part of their journey is a privilege and the reason I still love what I do!

TEACHER

Jade

I am one of the Producers and Teachers here at Perform. I've been working in the theatre industry since 2019 and absolutely love using my experiences and training to teach and inspire children. It is such a joy to come to class every week and watch the children grow their confidence.

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
