Welcome to Perform Farnham at Farnham Maltings - where our weekly workshops are not just about having fun. They're also about fostering vital life skills that will stay with your child forever.

We started running classes at Farnham Maltings in January 2011 and are currently here every week during term-time on Wednesdays.

At Perform Farnham, the Producer of the classes is Eleanor Meg and the Teacher is Dan. The sessions are looked after by our Area Partner, Gemma.

The current term runs from 2nd September to 16th December with no sessions on 28th October (half-term).

How to get here and parking:

Farnham Maltings is located in central Farnham, accessible via the Farnham Bypass (A31). Turn off onto South Street towards the town centre, then take a quick right onto Victoria Road or Red Lion Lane to reach Bridge Square.

Paid on-site parking is available in the venue's car park.

Farnham railway station is a five-minute walk away, offering direct links to London Waterloo and Guildford. Main local bus routes stop on South Street nearby.

We spend a lot of time recruiting, training and evaluating our wonderful Area Partners, Producers and Teachers and the team at Farnham Maltings in Farnham are no exception. As at all Perform schools, they have all been hand-picked for being enthusiastic, approachable and, of course, fantastic with children. PRODUCER

Eleanor Meg

I have been producing at Perform since 2023. I am an opera singing and actor when I'm not at Perform and I also teach private signing lesson to all ages. It's so rewarding to work at a place where you get to see kids flourish, grow into super young performers and find their own confidence and love for the stage.

TEACHER

Dan

I graduated from Guildford School of Acting in 2022 with an MA in Musical Theatre and have some years of performing in the industry. My favourite part of Perform is the games we get to play with the kids as they bring such creativity and catch me off guard sometimes. I thoroughly enjoy the theme of Mermaids & Pirates and look forward to learning more themes in the future!

AREA PARTNER

Gemma

I'm one of the Perform Area Partners. I'm so lucky to meet so many wonderful Perform children when I visit different classes and watching their confidence blossom throughout their time with us. My background is musical theatre and I have performed in many different shows in the West End and in theatres around the UK. During my time in Les Miserables, I got to sing at the European football final at Wembley and the 25th anniversary concert at the O2!
