The Power Of Drama

Whatever your child is like, our weekly workshops will work wonders for their confidence, concentration and social skills - as well as giving them the best fun they'll have all week.Whatever your child is like, our classes and courses will work wonders for their confidence, concentration and social skills - as well as giving them the best fun they'll have all week.

That's because every Perform activity is designed to help your child develop essential skills in an enjoyable environment.

Whether it's a game about eye contact, an exercise to focus attention or an improvisation about making friends and understanding others, we'll put your child at the centre of everything we do.

This means that children, which go to Perform, tend to stand out in a crowd. They're that little bit more personable and self-assured. More confident in their abilities. More enthusiastic about trying new things. They're also more relaxed in social situations, more articulate in conversation and, as a result, often do better in the classroom.

Specifically, Perform classes

- develop what we call The 4 Cs -  confidenceconcentration, communication and coordination;
- encourage confident and fluent speaking;
- boost reading and writing abilities;
- enhance physical skills including coordination, agility and poise;
- inspire a colourful imagination;
- help your child make friends easily and interact well with their peers and adults.

Parents talk about Perform

Romany is absolutely loving coming to Perform. She asks everyday if she can go again. Her confidence has blossomed over the past few weeks and she’s very excited to show off what she’s done each week.

– Miss Jade Hardy

Maisie is always so excited to go to Perform, and we have noticed a big difference in her. Despite her young age she keeps up with the older kids, and we have noticed her imagination and creativity has kicked into overdrive! Thank you so much to the teachers, they do a great job.

– Holly Venables

I am so pleased Toby has found this class. He was really shy at first and it has taken a few goes to get him in. He loves it and it has been lovely to see his confidence grow. He really looks forward to drama class and Hollie has been very sensitive to his needs.

– Mrs Rebecca Lee

Natasha is always very excited to go to Perform. She likes the interactive app and has been spontaneously singing the songs. I think her confidence is growing due to the class and she is looking forward to the show.

– Ms Nicole Anderson

Max struggles to pay attention so I was amazed that he engages for the entire session. He really enjoys it, he finds it funny, enjoys the games and songs, and contributes, it's a joy to watch. Kelly is brilliant at holding his attention and each section of game or song or dance is short which is perfect for him.

– Mrs Gemma Bullock

I really like the different aspects of the classes, Eva has always been confident but can struggle with expressing herself so its been nice to work on this in different ways including working with others

– Mrs Suzanne Crane

Perform is very good for Alexandra; giving her new skills, confidence and friends. She loves attending the class.

– Mrs A K Johnson

Harrison has loved all of the classes so far. I am really happy to know he is enjoying himself, improving his confidence and developing so many other interpersonal skills too!

– Mrs Bela Nunes-Edwards

My aim for this class was to help Daisy be more confident and I feel like it’s definitely helping. Although it’s only been a few weeks Daisy enjoys going and shows all the family what she has learnt each week.

– Miss Jodie Jeffery

Erin LOVES Perform! She gets excited each week, and has a great time! She is already a confident child but this has really given her a burst of life and energy and taken it to a new level.

As a music teacher I am impressed by the mixture of music and themes in each term , and I think the structure to the lessons is really great.
