The feedback from the children and staff was excellent. It was mentioned that Laura had great behaviour management and the children and staff agreed they had an amazing experience! I would highly recommend!
Asley engaged extremely well with the children and held their interest throughout the session. It was a fun way to learn quite a lot of facts, which were expertly reinforced through question and answer.
Staff and children thoroughly enjoyed the workshops and we’d love to have you guys back in the future. Many of the our staff commented on the pupil’s engagement in the workshop and were really impressed by the many, varied behaviour management strategies that were employed throughout the workshops. Exciting, entertaining and engaging, the workshops were well thought out and age appropriate. It has been great to see drama given more profile across our school this year and these workshops were the icing on the cake. Thank you
Lucy was absolutely amazing! The children were engaged throughout the workshop and loved every minute. The children said “I really felt like I was in London in 1666” and “the Great Fire of London really felt and sounded like it was scary”.
I was very impressed with Charlotte. She not only enabled the children to learn new facts and build on their prior knowledge, but also maintained their engagement and ensured that behaviour for suitable for the learning.
Gabriella had boundless energy. All seven classes had a great time. All were enthused by the Divalli workshop and enraptured by her story telling.
Fantastic workshops perfect for World Book Week. The children were all engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff also mentioned how useful the sessions were for their own professional development; they would use some strategies and techniques in our drama and English sessions.
It was a great workshop the students were engaged, the delivery was well planned and informative.
James was amazing, the boys absolutely loved their anti-bullying superhero explorer workshop. He took time to talk to me about the different classes and find out about the boys and their learning. The teachers all commented on how brilliant he was with the boys and how engaging the boys were in the drama workshops. A big thank you from us all at Hawkesdown House School!
Laura was super enthusiastic and the children responded well to her. She had to teach 3 workshops back to back and showed fantastic energy from beginning to end. The activities that the girls completed were relevant to the topic, enjoyable and helpful to support the learning of their topic. We will be using Perform to support other topics next academic year.
