Specially created for EYFS learners, our Perform Explorer workshops use movement, music, storytelling and role-play to support early development and spark joyful learning. Each one-hour session is themed around exciting topics such as undersea adventures, magical castles, jungle journeys and noisy farms, turning your classroom into a stage for wonder.

Led by DBS-checked professionals, these interactive workshops are rooted in the EYFS framework, helping children build confidence, communication and curiosity through creative play.

Tea under the sea

Join our marine biologist on an underwater adventure to save the ocean! In this imaginative, drama-based workshop, children dive into a mission to clean up the sea, protect sea creatures and celebrate with a magical tea party beneath the waves.

With movement, music, role-play and storytelling, children learn how to look after our planet, all while having oceans of fun. Children will:

  • Train as underwater explorers using real diving signals and team games
  • Discover sea creatures through movement and character play
  • Spot and collect rubbish polluting the ocean in a fast-paced clean-up challenge
  • Learn a catchy original song and celebrate with a Tea Under the Sea party!

Rumble in the jungle

Join our Jungle Explorer on a thrilling mission through the jungle to rescue Snow, one of the last white lions on Earth.

From camouflage training and animal encounters to sneaking past crocodiles and tricking Lord Braggard, children will dive into a world of sound, movement and imaginative storytelling. Children will:

  • Travel deep into the jungle on a dramatic quest to save an endangered lion
  • Learn animal movements and camouflage techniques through song and physical theatre
  • Sing and dance to songs from Jungle Rumble, including the Banana Pie Rap and Jungle Rumble Beat
  • Explore how to work together to protect the jungle and its creatures

  • Understand how jungles help our planet and why they need protecting
  • Learn about different animals and environments found in the jungle
  • Develop confidence, cooperation, communication and creativity through immersive roleplay

Castles, knights and princesses

Enter a fantasy world where unicorns gallop, dragons guard hidden keys, and brave young heroes must outwit the wicked Morgan Le Fay to rescue knights and princesses trapped inside Tintagel Castle.

This immersive drama workshop brings the Fairy Tale Forest to life through song, storytelling, games and imagination. Children will:

Ahoy there, matey! Join our Pirate on an exciting mission to rescue stolen treasure from the mischievous Captain Long Gone Silver.

With the help of magical mermaids, brave shipmates, and a cheeky crocodile named Chompy, this swashbuckling adventure will spark imaginations and encourage teamwork through high-energy drama games and interactive storytelling. Children will:

  • Train as pirates using action-packed roleplay and control commands
  • Sing with mermaids in a magical lagoon to awaken their voices
  • Brave an obstacle course to reach Treasure Island
  • Outsmart Captain Long Gone Silver in a thrilling treasure hunt

Secret spies

A thrilling undercover mission awaits! The children are recruited as junior secret agents to foil the evil Dr Spider's plan to destroy the World Wide Web.

With code names, spy training, lie detector tests, and a final mission to Tangle Island, this immersive workshop brings WWII spy history and imaginative play together in a high-energy, laughter-filled adventure. Children will:

  • Take part in spy training tasks including teamwork challenges, memory games, and following suspects undercover
  • Learn about real WWII spies like Ian Fleming and how secret agents helped during the war
  • Invent code names and complete a dramatic final mission to stop Dr Spider's plan
  • Use problem-solving, physicality and roleplay to navigate obstacles and work as a team

The Ice Queen

A magical adventure awaits as children join Princess Anna on a mission to save the Kingdom of Arandelle from eternal winter!

This interactive drama workshop is packed with singing, games, roleplay, and imaginative challenges as children journey up the North Mountain, outsmart wolves, and help Anna find her sister Elsa before it's too late. Children will:

  • Meet Princess Anna and take part in her quest to bring summer back to Arandelle
  • Join in with magical music and movement, including 'Let It Go' and 'Do You Wanna Build a Snowman?'
  • Use physical theatre to become characters like Olaf, Kristoff, Marshmallow and the wolves
  • Work together to solve challenges and imagine a happy ending

Step into your wellies and join Farmer Fred or Fran for a fun-filled day down on the Funky Farmyard! This lively and imaginative drama workshop gets little ones clucking, mooing, and oinking as they learn about life on the farm through music, movement and storytelling.

Perfect for early years learners, this experience builds confidence, encourages teamwork and explores where our food comes from in a playful and memorable way. Children will:

  • Gallop, dig, and dance through a physical farm-themed warm-up
  • Embody different farm animals and explore their unique movements and sounds
  • Help round up runaway animals using listening and problem-solving skills

All aboard! Join the friendly local bus conductor on a lively transport adventure where children sing, move, and imagine their way through city streets, rivers, railways and skies.

This fast-paced, interactive workshop lets little learners chug like trains, zoom like rockets and help save a kitten in need! Perfect for curious minds and energetic explorers. Children will:

  • Ride on imaginary buses, boats, rockets and trains
  • Learn to follow action commands using sound and gesture
  • Roleplay as firefighters, pilots and conductors
  • Sing, dance and act out well-known transport-themed songs

From defeating dancing villains in Party Land to saving animals in the Australian bush, this session empowers little heroes to make a big difference. Children will:

  • Develop quick thinking and coordination through superhero training games
  • Embody original characters and work in role in a variety of dramatic scenarios
  • Collaborate in teams to solve creative and moral challenges
