Mindfulness workshops for Key Stage 1 and 2

Highlighting the benefits of focusing on the present moment, these interactive workshops will help children understand what it means to pay attention to their minds and bodies.

Areas covered include:

  • being self-aware
  • sharing emotions
  • techniques to calm and focus the mind

Very fast-paced session. The children loved it! No time to get bored, great behaviour management and a super cool/calm down part at the end, enabling us to write about Perform too!
