How to engage ALL your pupils in a National Curriculum topic using drama

Perform Explorer Workshops are topic-based sessions available for a range of National Curriculum Foundation, KS1 and KS2 topics.

Facilitated by one of our trained DBS-checked teachers, they use imaginative creative resources, performing arts-based exercises and role-play scenarios to spark children's imaginations and bring your chosen subject matter alive.

Grouped into History, Geography, Science, Communication and Literature-based topics and designed to fit around your timetable, Explorer Workshops last one hour. We also offer Black History and Dance themes.

With a minimum booking of three hours, we can run three different workshops in a morning (five in a full day) so you can cover five topics in a single day.

To find out more about individual Explorer Workshop themes, see our FoundationKS1, or KS2 topics.

Thank you Natalie. Another wonderful morning. You really engaged the children and taught them so much in such a short space of time. You also inspired us also as teachers!

A perfect workshop. Look forward to seeing you next year.

James was amazing, the boys absolutely loved their anti-bullying superhero explorer workshop. He took time to talk to me about the different classes and find out about the boys and their learning. The teachers all commented on how brilliant he was with the boys and how engaging the boys were in the drama workshops. A big thank you from us all at Hawkesdown House School!
