How to engage ALL your pupils in a National Curriculum topic using drama

Perform Explorer Workshops are topic-based sessions available for a range of National Curriculum Foundation, KS1 and KS2 topics.

Facilitated by one of our trained DBS-checked teachers, they use imaginative creative resources, performing arts-based exercises and role-play scenarios to spark children's imaginations and bring your chosen subject matter alive.

Grouped into History, Geography, Science, Communication and Literature-based topics and designed to fit around your timetable, Explorer Workshops last one hour. We also offer Black History and Dance themes.

With a minimum booking of three hours, we can run three different workshops in a morning (five in a full day) so you can cover five topics in a single day.

To find out more about individual Explorer Workshop themes, see our FoundationKS1, or KS2 topics.

The children were absolutely thrilled with the workshops and they were a talking point all day. Hannah was extremely professional and led the children really well throughout. Her lively and vivacious character definitely helped with the children's enthusiasm and they particularly enjoyed all the singing and movement.

Samantha was very good. She showed lots of patience with the children. They all seemed to enjoy the activites and stories and were engaged in the different tasks requested of them. We had one boy who was not engaged but she still made an effort to make him part of the lesson.
