Take flight to Neverland this summer
“The moment you doubt whether you can fly, you cease forever to be able to do it.” – J.M. Barrie
From April to July 2023, Perform For Schools is offering arts-based sessions to select primary schools as part of their popular Drama4ALL project.
Each 25 minute workshop is led by an experienced actor/drama teacher appearing in role as Peter Pan. Using drama, dance and singing, the children will be taken on a thrilling voyage to Neverland to help Peter and the Lost Boys rescue the treasure from Captain Hook, all whilst meeting some of J.M.Barrie’s much loved characters on the way.
These workshops will help children to:
- Develop their coordination and balance
- Project their voices and practise their expression
- Discover the magic of classic literature
- Grow in confidence
Specially formulated for EYFS and KS1, these creative workshops are an ideal introduction to the performing arts or a fun treat during the school term and designed to support communication and language, expressive arts, music and English. They are extremely popular with limited availability, booked on a first come first served basis. Simply book online, email [email protected] or call 0207 255 9134.
