Catch me if you can
Almost as soon as they can walk, children love being chased. It’s a great way for them to build up their balance, coordination and stamina and of course it’s great fun.
Pretend to be different characters e.g. a giant, a dragon etc and chase your child in this character. When you catch them, give them hugs and/or tickles.
