The intended overall impact of the Scheme is the development of young people with specific needs that would otherwise not get the chance due to socio-economic reasons and other barriers to access. To this end there are three main elements to measuring the impact of the Scheme; these are:
These are clearly measured and analysed using existing systems set up and made available by Perform. This ensures efficiency of costs and also the highest protection of data (Perform have inbuilt quality mechanisms for ensuring data protection of their young people that are used in the same way).
